Class registrations canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled class start time are generally eligible for a credit that may be applied toward future Salty Potters classes, clay purchases, or glaze punch cards.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are generally not eligible for a refund or credit unless approved by the Executive Board due to exceptional circumstances.
If a class is canceled by The Salty Potters Club, participants may choose either:
Membership dues are non-refundable.
The Salty Potters Club reserves the right to review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
The Salty Potters Club collects personal information necessary to administer memberships, classes, events, volunteer activities, and Club communications.
Information collected may include names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, membership information, registration information, and other information voluntarily provided by participants.
The Club does not sell personal information and makes reasonable efforts to protect information collected through its website and membership systems.
Information may be shared with LMWS management, service providers supporting Club operations, or legal authorities when required by law or Club operations.
By participating in Club activities or using Club services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this notice.
By creating an account, registering for a class or event, applying for membership, or participating in activities offered by The Salty Potters Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Pottery activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, cuts, burns, falls, lifting injuries, dust exposure, equipment-related injuries, and damage to personal property. Participants voluntarily assume these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless The Salty Potters Club, LMWS HOA, Minto Communities USA, Club officers, instructors, volunteer monitors, kiln operators, volunteers, and participants from claims arising from participation in Club activities, except where prohibited by law or resulting from intentional misconduct.
Participants grant permission for photographs and video recordings taken during Club activities, classes, meetings, and events to be used by The Salty Potters Club for educational, archival, promotional, communication, and historical purposes without compensation.
By creating an account, registering for activities, or applying for membership, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to this User Agreement and the applicable Club policies.
