The Salty Potters Refund Policy
Effective Date: 12/28/2025
1. Membership Dues
We will not provide refunds for annual membership dues.
2. Products
We will not provide refunds for products (clay, glaze punchcards) which have been purchased and of which the buyer has taken possession. Refunds can be requested for goods purchased online but not picked up.
3. Cancellation of Class Fees
If a class is cancelled by The Salty Potters, a full refund of class fees will be given to registrants.
Those registered for a class must cancel prior to 48 hours of the start of the class to receive a full refund of class fees.
No refunds or partial refunds will be given to registrants who cancel less than 48 hours of the start of the first session of a class.
No refunds or partial refunds will be given to registrants who miss one or more sessions of a multi-session class.
In the case a refund is given, allow two weeks for processing.
